Basic terms and conditions (detailed terms available before booking)

  1. £100 non-refundable deposit required upon booking
  2. Reservations are made on a strictly first come – first served basis. Dates will only be secured upon receipt of the deposit.
  3. The Instamatic Photobooth™ requires a space of at least 2.5m x 2.5m and access to a 240v 13a plug socket
  4. Travel and accommodation is included on bookings at venues within 30 miles of Cardiff. Expenses of £10 per 10 miles beyond that will be added. For distances over 100 miles accommodation costs will also be charged.
  5. Public liability insurance (up to £5m) certificates are available upon request
